here, in this plan, our first priority is light and ventilation. but the client needs spacious with luxurious rooms with car parking. Then we left open to sky front side of the kitchen for light ventilation purpose. hence, we got c bedroom big size. And for bed light and ventilation gave from open to the sky. You can use this open place in front of the kitchen as a washing place and dry clothes. The common toilet you can use from the hall but there needs privacy for the toilet. Hence there we provided a door to maintain privacy from the hall. In the parking area, we provided car parking with the staircase. But car parking is under the below of staircase second flight. And in front of the master bedroom, we provided a small lawn area.
