This is a ground floor plan. The plot face is west facing. For the plot, the road has only a west side other three sides are other property. So we kept, 3'6" and the north side 3'6" passage for light ventilation. This is three bedrooms plan. The main door is north facing. The Kitchen is in the southeast corner. The children's bedroom is in the northeast corner, And the master bedroom is in the southwest corner. The staircase is externally provided. A plan s very beautifully designed by us because in 1960 sq. ft you get 3bhk with car parking and with the dining hall.
